Delete your resellCI account
You can request deletion of your resellCI account and associated personal data at any time. This page is available without signing in.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address linked to your resellCI account and include your full name. We may ask for additional information to verify that the account belongs to you before processing deletion.

- Sign in to your resellCI account.
- Go to Settings, then Privacy & Security.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
Processing time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. If we need to keep limited records for legal, tax, safety, fraud prevention, dispute, or payment obligations, we will retain only what is required and delete it when no longer needed.
What will be deleted
- Your profile information and account credentials.
- Your active listings, favourites, notification preferences, and app tokens.
- Personal data connected to messages, reviews, purchases, and sales unless retention is legally required.
Need help?
If you cannot access your account, email us and tell us that you want your account deleted. Use the email address associated with your resellCI account wherever possible.
