Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

resellCI Limited ("resellCI", "we", "us", "our") operates a digital platform that enables individuals in Jersey to list, discover, and arrange the local resale of second-hand items. We provide technology and paid digital services only. We are not a party to transactions between users.

2. Platform Role

resellCI does not sell goods, verify listings, provide delivery services, hold funds, or act as agent for buyers or sellers. All transactions and arrangements are made directly between users.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring information you provide is accurate.

4. Listings and User Conduct

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and condition of items they list. resellCI reserves the right to remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

5. Fees, Subscriptions and Payments

resellCI offers optional paid services, including subscriptions and one-off listing boosts. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. resellCI does not store or process card details.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Listing boost fees are non-refundable once the boost has been applied.

We may issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by or licensed to resellCI. Users grant resellCI a limited licence to display listings submitted to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, resellCI shall not be liable for losses arising from user interactions, transactions, or reliance on platform content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform where these Terms are breached.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands.
